Individually designed, weekly home practices (breathwork, yoga poses, journaling, etc.) and check-ins to keep you on track.

Meshing life mentoring to help you achieve your goals and keep focus; individually designed weekly home practices include self-care rituals, breathwork, self-affirmations, and journaling. In addition, weekly check-ins for accountability and to stay on track.

  • Change can be scary and unsettling. Yogic practices can support you through times of fear and uncertainty. Embodied awareness will let you gain the insight you need to navigate these changes.
