  • Communicating is all about sharing information and feelings. In a session I direct embodied experience, you connect deeply with your body and with each other. You share any thoughts, feelings, and emotions that may come up. I will hold space for you both. And offer you the necessary tools to help you share your experience.

  • Sometimes there’s no other way to describe it. You feel stuck. And it’s hard to know what’s holding you back. Yoga therapy can help you reconcile past events and traumas and allow you to move forward.

  • An embodied approach gives you a new lens through which you can examine the same problems and issues. And allow for a shift in perspective and ultimately foster change.
