It’s my privilege to introduce you to Run Your Race, an immersive coaching retreat and race-training program designed to empower women to stand in their power as they confidently complete what they have set out to do.

This program has been on my heart for over a year, and I am so ready and excited to invite participants to join me beginning in July 2019 for a three-month immersive coaching program that will provide a supportive community, customized race training, individual and group coaching, and an unforgettable race weekend (Oct. 4-7) in San Jose, CA, complete with an adventurous trip to Yosemite National Park, deep coaching experiences, and loads of reflection, self-care, and group bonding.

Run Your Race is designed to be open-level, so whether you are training to walk your first 5K or run your 10th marathon, you are in the right place. We are using race training as a physical tool to work hand-in-hand with the inner work to break down the walls that are holding us back from diving into our full potential in every aspect of our lives.
Hint: It’s not about the speed, placement, or distance. It’s about finishing what you have started.

What’s Not Included
Participants will need to provide their own travel to/from San Jose, CA (arrive Oct. 4, depart Oct. 7th)
Meals & Souvenirs- A mindful breakfast will be provided each morning, with any dietary restrictions taken into consideration. We will be exploring San Jose’s scene, so participants will want to budget for their own meals and souvenirs.
Running footwear - it is so important to care for our bodies and support them as we ask them to do new, bold things like participating in a race. I’m happy to provide guidance around choosing the correct footwear at the start of the program.
