It’s my privilege to introduce you to Run Your Race, an immersive coaching retreat and race-training program designed to empower women to stand in their power as they confidently complete the goals they have set out to do.

Run Your Race is designed to be open-level, so whether you are training to walk your first 5K or run your 10th marathon, you are in the right place. We are using race training as a physical tool to work hand-in-hand with the inner work to break down the walls that are holding us back from diving into our full potential in every aspect of our lives.

Join us starting in July 2019 for three-months of immersive coaching that will provide a supportive community, customized race training, individual and group coaching, all culminating in an unforgettable race retreat!

What’s Included

July 12 - October 5:

  • Six interactive, group coaching calls to check in live with each other and explore coaching requests

  • Monthly individual coaching calls where you and I will work together in a private, one-on-one space to uncover the powerful learning and reflect on your growth along the way

  • A personalized 12-week training schedule and support every step of the way

  • Lifetime access to a private group Facebook page where we will discuss our journeys, share tips, and encourage each other as we move through this exciting, powerful program - this space will also serve to keep us connected after the initial program is complete

  • An accountability partner selected from the team to create an exchange of support as you both move through your process

October 6-9:

  • Cozy retreat lodging in the gorgeous Great Smoky Mountains of western North Carolina

  • All of your delicious, whole, plant-based meals over the course of the race retreat in Asheville, NC

  • Transportation to all retreat activities, as well as to and from the Asheville airport at set times

  • Race registration for the Appalachian Series - Fletcher, NC 2019 (options available for 5K, 10K, Half, or Full)

  • Adventurous group outing to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, where you will experience one-of-a-kind views and the powerful smoky mountains, as well as hours of time in nature with your Run Your Race community

  • Group circles and deep coaching experiences over the course of the weekend

  • A private, morning yoga class to support you as you prepare for race day

  • A closing night event with live entertainment, pampering, delicious food, dancing, and tons of celebration!



  • Follow-up individual coaching call upon completion of the program to reflect on your growth and learning throughout the entire process

  • Runner’s Aid Kit - a solid package of high-quality, natural wellness products to support you as you train for your race

What’s Not Included

  • Participants will need to provide their own travel to/from Asheville, NC: arrive Oct. 6, depart Oct. 9th) All meals, lodging, and transportation to event activities will be provided.

  • Running footwear - it is so important to care for our bodies and support them as we ask them to do new, bold things like participating in a race. I’m happy to provide guidance around choosing the correct footwear at the start of the program.

I know how frustrating it can feel when your potential consistently meets walls and distractions. I understand, because it’s something I deal with, too. I’m learning how to lovingly support myself through this resistance, and I would love to support you as you do the same. I can promise you that you are not alone in this.

I fell in love with running, which made me realized how much my body is capable of, and proved to myself time and time again that I can continue to learn and get stronger. This pivotal time for me continues to shape who I am and how I live today. To this day, I enjoy my running practice, which supports both my body and mind, creating a sacred space in which I can lovingly push my perceived physical limits, release stress, and embody my inner power.
